FULL DRINK MENU

We are unique to many catering companies because we have a full liquor license.  We can set up a full bar at any event. We also have a tap trailer to serve beer and wine out of.

Breakfast

  • Fresh fruit, pastries, bagels, yogurt, granola, jams, butter, cream cheese.

  • Bacon, sausage links, scrambled eggs, roasted red potato.

  • Mini pancakes, mini bagels, candied bacon, sausage links, fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs, syrup, jam, cream cheese.

  • Homemade buttermilk biscuits, housemade sausage gravy.

  • Scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage links, jam, syrup, fresh fruit.

  • Seasonal vegetables, cream cheese, choice of meat.

  • Fried yukon potato, scrambled eggs, shedded cheese, choice of meat, salsa and sour cream on the side. Meat options: chorizo, sausage, bacon, ham.

lUNCH

  • House ground beef and sausage mixed with seasonings, Panko crumbs, and topped with tangy tomato sauce.

  • House ground burgers, hot dogs, or chicken, potato or pasta salad, chips, or corn on the cob.

  • Choice of two meats chicken, pork, house ground beef. Choice of Spanish or lime rice. Choice of refried or black beans, and all the toppings.

  • Choice of meat (turkey, roast beef, ham). Choice of bread ( sourdough, wheat, rye). Choice of cheese ( swiss, cheddar, provolone). Toppings include lettuce, tomato, red onion.

  • Choice of Korean, red demi-glaze, southern style cajun, or garlic butter.

  • Pork butt wrapped in banana leaves and slow cooked for 16 hours.

  • Hawaiian style grilled chicken with grilled pineapple slices.

  • Choice of meat lasagna ( house ground beef ragu, ricotta cheese, and mozzarella) or vegetarian ( tangy white cheese sauce, zucchini, yellow squash, red and green bell peppers, red onion, and carrots.

  • Grilled chicken breasts, tomato slices, mozzarella, topped with balsamic reduction.

  • Choice of meat (shredded pork, grilled chicken, or tri tip), brown rice, quinoa, black beans, sweet potato, red bell peppers, toasted walnuts, savory slaw, avocado cilantro dressing.

BOX LUNCH

All sandwiches can be made into a lettuce wrap, or flour tortilla wrap. Box lunches include chips, bottled water, and pasta or potato salad.

  • Grilled chicken, bacon, celery tossed with peppercorn ranch dressing, served on hoagie roll with lettuce and tomato.

  • Grilled chicken, romaine, parmesan cheese, tossed with a caesar dressing wrapped in a flour tortilla.

  • Slow smoked tri tip, provolone cheese, served on a hoagie roll with au jus.

  • Slow roasted pork shoulder, apple cabbage slaw, bbq sauce.

  • Albacore tuna, celery, red onions, lemon mayo, served on sourdough bread.

  • Brisket that is slow smoked for 16 hours.

  • Choice of sauce (beef ragu, chicken Alfredo, sausage pesto), Choice of pasta (spaghetti, fettuccini, cavatappi).

  • House steak rubbed and smoked to med rare.

  • Same choice from lunch for taco bar. Enchilada options are green chili pork, or birria style

  • Grilled, poached, pan seared, baked, or smoked.

  • Roasted, grilled, smoked, BBQ breasts or thighs.

  • Slow smoked and cooked to medium rare.

  • Slow roasted choice of BBQ, apple, or herb flavors.

SIDES

  • Red potatoes, red onion, dill pickles, green onion, hard boiled eggs, mixed with dill aioli and mustard.

  • Macaroni pasta, red and green bell peppers, red onion tossed in a italian vinaigrette.

  • Yukon gold potatoes with butter and cream.

  • Yams roasted with brown sugar, thyme, cayenne pepper, and olive oil.

  • Bell pepper medley, baby carrots, red onions roasted with olive oil and italian seasonings.

  • Arborio rice sautéed with stock. Can add any vegetable or seasoning.

  • Fresh seasonal vegetables. Can be sautéed, roasted, or grilled.
